Despatch times - These times are approximates, we hold thousands of products for immediate despatch however, a large portion of products come direct from the manufacturers allowing us to offer the customer a larger range of products

We aim to despatch your package within 3-5 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often upto 10 working days). This doesn't include the below brands. Through years of trading and since brexit the below brands have a slightly longer dispatch time due to shipping.

• Snickers - 7 to 15 Working day
• Solid Gear - 7 to 15 Working day
• Toe Guard - 7 to 15 Working day
• Rockfall - 5 to 7 Working days

Workwear Bundles or Branded Garments - All personalised items will be despatched within 15-25 working days to allow for production. All orders are signed off by 2 members of staff prior to delivery to ensure all products are despatched and quality is of the highest order. We always ship whole orders unless otherwise stated.

Non-Personalised items need to be returned within 28 days of purchase at buyers’ expense. Outside of the timescales we will assume all goods are fit for purpose and no refund will be given. These products need to be in original packaging and in an unworn condition. If all of the above has been adhered to, your refund will be processed minus the original postage costs.

PLEASE NOTE IF THE ITEM ISN'T RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE WILL TAKE 10% OF THE ITEM COST OFF THE REFUND DUE TO THE COST OF REPACKAGING
