How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method chosen. Standard shipping generally takes 5 business days, while embroidery and print order usually carry a 15-20 working day dispatch time

Do you offer international shipping?

At present we only ship to the UK however we are looking for shipping partners to cover international shipping at a cost effective rate

How can I track my order?

Returns

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the items are in original, unused condition.

Can i exchange for another size?

Once the product has been return to ourselves we will refund allowing you to buy the correct size you require.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll be notified once your refund is issued to your original payment method. Payment providers can take up 15 working days to fully refund
