We will not embroider any garments until you are 100% happy with your logo sample. The sampling process usually takes around a week from placing the order and all orders are despatched within 3-4 working weeks. Ocassionally, stock levels may be low and will need to use an alternative option. This will be made aware to the buyer before embroidery.
