Free delivery on all orders over £125(£200 for Highlands and islands and Northern Ireland, Cheers Brexit). For all orders under £125 there is a £5.95 delivery charge. We aim to despatch your package within 3-5 working days; however in some cases where an item will need to be ordered directly from the manufacturer, delivery can take longer (often upto 10 working days).

What happens when my part of my order is out of stock? - When this happens, we will contact you to inform you of shortages and offer 2 solutions. 1 - Part ship the order with in stock items and give an accurate despatch date for backorders or 2 - Offer a partial refund for back ordered items
Do you hold stock ready for immediate despatch? - We hold a core selection of products ready for immediate despatch. To remain competitive and offer you a higher selection of product we order direct from the manufacturer allowing us to give accurate timescales for delivery.
At LCS we strive for excellence. We understand that sometimes there is things out with our control the following give full details on what can and can’t be returned
Non-Personalised items need to be returned within 28 days of purchase at buyers’ expense. Outside of the timescales we will assume all goods are fit for purpose and no refund will be given. These products need to be in original packaging and in an unworn condition. If all of the above has been adhered to, your refund will be processed minus the original postage costs.
PLEASE NOTE IF THE ITEM ISN'T RETURN IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WE WILL TAKE 10% OF THE ITEM COST OFF THE REFUND DUE TO THE COST OF REPACKAGINGPLEASE NOTE ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE AND THIS IS NOTED IN THE PRODUCT LISTING
Personalised items are non-returnable with the only exception being for damaged garments or mistakes being made during production. All damages or incorrect garment decoration must be reported with 7 days or we will assume all is fit for purpose. Typical return requests are for garments being incorrectly fitting which isn’t a valid excuse.
Where there’s a damaged garment this will be replaced on a like for like basis, individual garments will be refunded not a full order or a credit note will be placed on your account for future use.
At LCS we do not offer an exchange service, simply return the product to the below address for a refund allowing you to buy the desired product that you require.
