We will not embroider any garments until you are 100% happy with your logo sample. The sampling process usually takes around a week from placing the order and all orders are despatched within 3-4 working weeks.
These time are worst case scenario depending on stock and sample approval times. On some occasions we may have to swap for alternate brands due to stocking levels however we will contact prior.
